Project Objective
To develop a digital educational module for physicians specializing in cardiovascular diseases. The main goal was to create a user-friendly online platform where healthcare professionals could access up-to-date knowledge on diagnostics, treatment, and patient communication — and assess their understanding through interactive testing.
Background & Challenges
Despite advancements in medical technologies and effective treatment methods, cardiovascular diseases remain a leading cause of mortality. A key contributor is insufficient control of risk factors such as hypertension and dyslipidemia. This may stem from inappropriate therapy choices or poor patient adherence to treatment. Additionally, many doctors lack structured training and tools for effective patient communication.
Delivered Solutions
The module was developed as part of an existing digital platform based on the Bitrix content management system. The project included:
- Designing the course structure with intuitive navigation tailored for medical professionals
- Integrating educational content created by experts in cardiology and patient communication
- Implementing interactive quizzes for self-assessment after completing each training section
- Ensuring responsive design for optimal performance across all devices
- Seamlessly integrating the module with the main website, including user registration and progress tracking systems
Results
The platform was successfully integrated into the client’s existing website as a dedicated educational module.
